The Texas State Youth Conference security personnel was formed in order to maintain order and peace as well as diffusing any misconduct and\/or misbehavior by our participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROLES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All counselors\/security personnel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Should be at least 25 years of age and\/or have the approval of their leadership at their congregation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Should set an example for the youth in faithfulness and ALL other Christian graces in their local congregation and at the Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Will act as a guide and protector to ensure the safety and respect of ALL participants attending the Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
RESPONSIBILITES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Shall become familiar with the hotel property, grounds, and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Shall participate in floor patrols, room sweeps and necessary room inspections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Shall enforce all rules and regulations for YOUTH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Should SEE THAT ALL YOUTH ARE IN THEIR ASSIGNED ROOMS by designated curfew each night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Should work directly with fellow counselors when resolving an issue of misconduct with a youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD COUNSELORS SPEAK OF A YOUTH\u2019S CONDUCT\/BEHAVIOR WHILE IN THE PRESENCE OF OTHER YOUTH.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
